Bithost resells virtual servers from DigitalOcean, Linode and Vultr and takes payment in crypto only. Sign-up asks for an email address and a password, and the site says there is no ID check. One prepaid balance pays for servers at all three providers.
Prices and billing. Billing is hourly with no minimum term. There are no yearly plans. The starting prices shown are – per hour on Linode, and – per hour on DigitalOcean and on Vultr. Monthly prices and the list of data centre locations only appear on the deploy screen in the dashboard, not on the public site.
Hardware. All three lines use NVMe SSD storage. The public pages don't name the CPU model or CPU family, don't say whether cores are dedicated, and don't state the RAM type. You see CPU details when you pick a size in the dashboard. Bithost doesn't publish a virtualization type either; the servers run on the underlying providers' infrastructure.
Features. Traffic is advertised as unlimited, subject to a fair-use note. Servers get IPv6 and a private network. You can choose Linux or Windows images. Bithost has its own dashboard, a CLI and a REST API. Snapshots and backups come from the providers and, per the terms, are a convenience rather than a guarantee. Servers are usually ready right after you deploy them.
Payments. Accepted coins include BTC, ETH, XMR, LTC, SOL and the stablecoins USDT, USDC and DAI. Tokens work on several networks, including Ethereum, Tron, BNB Chain, Polygon, Arbitrum, Base and Optimism. Bithost does not offer card payments.
Terms. All payments are final. When Bithost does grant a refund, it goes back to your Bithost balance only, so there is no money-back period. The terms promise no uptime percentage. After an abuse report, the affected server is usually taken offline and suspended until the issue is resolved. The website does not publish a full list of allowed uses. Support works through tickets and email.
