HOSTKEY is a Netherlands-based host that sells virtual servers with shared vCPU (VPS) and dedicated vCPU (VDS) and accepts payment in cryptocurrency: BTC, ETH, BCH, LTC, DOGE, WBTC, SHIB and the stablecoins USDT, USDC, DAI, GUSD, USDP and BUSD, processed through BitPay. Cards, PayPal, bank transfer and Alipay are accepted alongside crypto; ERC-20 tokens are only accepted on the Ethereum network, and a BitPay ID identity check may be required for crypto payments.
Plans. The shared-vCPU entry plan tiny offers – vCPU, – GB SSD storage and – TB of traffic for – per month (– per hour) or – per year. The dedicated-vCPU plan ryzen-8 runs on an AMD Ryzen 9 7950X with – dedicated vCPU, – GB RAM, – GB NVMe storage and – TB of traffic for – per month (– per hour) or – per year. Hourly billing is available for VPS.
Infrastructure. Servers run on KVM or VMware in HOSTKEY's own data centers across Europe and the USA: the Netherlands, Germany, the United Kingdom, France, Spain, Italy, Finland, Iceland, Poland, Switzerland, Turkey and the United States. Deployment is instant, and each server includes a dedicated IPv4 address and an IPv6 subnet, built-in DDoS protection, free weekly backups, VLAN-based private networking for custom configurations, and management via API or control panel with an HTML5 console and ISO library.
Sign-up and rules. Registration requires phone verification by SMS or call, and HOSTKEY applies a mandatory KYC/AML identity verification to customers registered through hostkey.com — this is not an anonymous host. Citizens or residents of sanctioned countries (including Russia, Iran and North Korea) cannot register. There is no money-back guarantee; instead, unused time is refunded on early termination within 10 business days via the original payment gateway. Live streaming and VPN servers require HOSTKEY's prior approval, and DMCA takedown requests must be complied with.
