Payments. IncogNET processes BTC, XMR, LTC, DASH and DOGE in-house, and it accepts other altcoins through Trocador. It also takes PayPal, cards and SEPA via Stripe. Crypto payments are non-refundable. The refund window for VPS applies only to card and PayPal payments.
Rules and support. Legal adult content is allowed. Sharing copyrighted material without permission is prohibited at the US and Netherlands locations. All services are unmanaged. Support is by ticket only, with no response-time SLA.
