KoDDoS (koddos.net) is an offshore hosting brand with datacenters in Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, the Netherlands and the USA. It sells VPS (OpenVZ and KVM, including Windows VPS), dedicated servers, shared hosting and reseller hosting, plus optional remote DDoS protection. The cheapest listed plan starts at 9.99 USD per month, and all accounts are billed monthly — there is no hourly billing option.
Cryptocurrency payments are a first-class option: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Monero, Dash, Zcash and Peercoin are accepted next to PayPal, credit card, bank wire, Alipay, UnionPay and Perfect Money. Sign-up only asks for personal details and a billing address; whether ID verification is required is not published.
There is no money-back guarantee — the terms limit refunds to fully prepaid monthly fees, under conditions stated in the payment and refunds section. KoDDoS advertises a 99.9 % uptime guarantee and offers daily snapshots/backups. The Netherlands location is positioned as free-speech hosting: abuse and DMCA messages are forwarded to the client for resolution, and VPN use is explicitly supported on the VPS offers.

How the score is made up
6.5 of 10 · average

The score uses the entry variant PLAN A; sorting stays with it. With another variant: KVM MINI A 6.3 · KVM B 6.0 · Windows Mini A 6.0
