Billing is monthly or longer; there is no hourly billing.
Network and locations. MonoVM names 25 locations, including the US, Germany, the UK, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Singapore and Hong Kong. IPv6 is available, and the Turkey page lists private VLANs at no extra cost. MonoVM states a monthly network uptime of 99.9 % for VPS plans and mentions DDoS mitigation "on a commercially reasonable basis".
Sign-up and rules. You only need an email address to sign up. MonoVM checks ID (KYC) only when it suspects abuse, fraud or risk, or when upstream providers or authorities require it. The terms ban adult content, casino content, warez and IRC. Copyright violations and other abuse lead to suspension without notice. Because of OFAC sanctions, MonoVM does not serve customers in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Sudan, Crimea or Ukraine.
Refunds. The money-back guarantee lasts 7 days, but it does not cover crypto payments. Crypto refunds go only to your MonoVM wallet balance.
