VSYS Host (Virtual Systems) is a Ukrainian hosting company that says it runs only its own hardware and network equipment, with its own autonomous system. Its KVM virtual servers run Linux, BSD or Windows, and you can boot your own ISO. Data centres are in Kyiv, Amsterdam, Seattle and Singapore. The NVMe VPS line is listed for UA, NL, SG and CA.
Plans and hardware

- VS-NVME1-2: – core, – GB RAM, – GB NVMe, – TB traffic per month, – IPv4. Costs – per month or – per year.
- SENEPIC (Epic VPS): dedicated resources on an AMD EPYC 7571 or Intel Xeon 2680V4 host with DDR4 RAM and – IPv4. Costs – per month.
VSYS does not publish the CPU model behind the NVMe VPS plans. Extra IPv4 addresses cost 2.00 USD each, and IPv6 is available. Billing runs from one month to several years. There is no hourly billing and no automatic free trial. Servers are set up automatically, usually within minutes of payment.
Payment and refunds VSYS accepts BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, LTC and DOGE automatically, and other coins by hand. Card, PayPal and bank transfer also work. The standard money-back guarantee is 40 days, but VSYS says it does not apply to crypto payments. Its refund policy rules out refunds on request except in a few documented cases.
Sign-up and policies To sign up you give your name, email address and postal address. The terms let VSYS ask for proof that you own the payment account at any time. Copyright notices are forwarded to the customer, who must act within the time set by Ukrainian law. On the crypto VPS page, VSYS says DDoS protection is not included by default and a protected uplink costs extra.
Uptime and support VSYS promises 99.97 % uptime. Support works around the clock through tickets and live chat.
